i went to this guy and had a belly piercing done. he was the only one which didn't want parental permission. he was quite clean and stuff. i have had it for about 2 months. after 1 month of having it i stopped putting sprays and stuff on it and now it is a bit red. is it getting infected? i have started putting spray on it again. will that help?

I think you would know if it was infected, it would probably be a bit painful and maybe with some pus coming out. I am not sure what spray you are using but when I had mine done (many years ago!) I just used salt water on a clean cotton wool bud and dabbed it and this worked fine, as long as you keep it clean and try not to fiddle with it I am sure it will be fine.
SazzyCO is right, make up a warm salt water solution (only a little bit of salt) and use either a cotton bud to clean around the balls, or get a round cotton pad, saturate it in the solution and put it on the piercing. Lie back and let it get to work for about 5mins, repeat twice daily and u should be nice and clean and healthy again! :)
I would never recomend using any of the chemicals given to you by a piercer, any piercer worth going to will tell you salt water is the best way of keeping any piercing clean :) x
