In A Quandary Over What Phone To Get

My phone deal expires next month and I'm in a quandary as to what phone to get........I'm hoping people on here can help me by giving there thoughts......basically I'm stuck between 1) HTC DESIRE X 2) SAMSUNG GALAXY S2 3) SAMSUNG GALAXY S3 MINI...........I know there are better phones out there but I've set my mind on getting a deal where I get automatic cashback, and after much deliberation over what I want included in deal i.e mins data allowance etc, how much I want to pay a month and how much cashback I receive, I have narrowed it down to these 3 phones

All 3 phones have pros and cons over one another so this is why I would be grateful for the publics thoughts to help me decide.

The Galaxy S3 is a great phone, I know a few people with them, just dont go for an Iphone, crappy things!
