on the positive side i have little issues with the way i look as i feel i am overall happy with the way i look, slim healthy and some people have said 'cute'

there are two things bugging me, one is im receding (not much i can do about that) and would rather just shave it gracefully than get that replacement stuff which i think is a joke !

Anyway i have always had spots at the top of my back, which i started to pick out of habit, the thing is ive now been doing it a good few years and without noticing i can now see scarring appearing, i know its my own stupid fault for picking them..and i do try to use the body shop tea tree oil stuff which is supposed to be good but am not sure its going to help the scarring that much

when i look at it now i feel a bit disgusted with myself a it looks a little bit like people have been stubbing out fags on my back....

Was just wondering if anybody knew of any cream or treatment to get rid or at least lessen the scarring ?

Thank you

Bio-oil is supposed to be good for scarring

yes definately try bio-oil, I've heard great things about it.

if you're still getting spots go to the doctors to get some cream to put on them. also a bit of sunshine (please use sunscreen, as sunburn can make the scars worse) can help reduce scarring.

I am totally in agreement with Kirstyhev and MiniN, bio oil is brilliant stuff and use sunscreen or the scarring will look worse as the pigmentation will be darker.
