Who is working xmas day?

I'm working xmas eve, xmas day and boxing day - got new year off! This will be the first time I've worked over xmas gonna be weird!

I used to volunteer to work Xmas so that the staff with young children could have time off and it was really boring.......however aren't you a hotel job.......if so you'll be really busy and time will fly.....

Yeah it should go quickly craft thats true - I don't think it will be a full 8 hr shift either. Hope its not too busy though. My first day on reception on my own is on xmas eve! argh (i've been shadowing someone else while training)

I suppose most people end up working at xmas sometime in their life. Yeah least I got new year!

I've worked every christmas eve, christmas day, boxing day, new years eve and new years day for 10 years. This year I'm going to be doing absolutely nothing except for getting drunk and eating like a horse.

Think its better. Its a lot to learn and its quite busy - got to be good at multi tasking which I'm not. It will all be good experience though! x

go back part-time ummmm.............I got a part-time job about 9 months after I retired. Unfortunately I went back to work for the company and they stuck me in an office by myself.....

I`m working the night shift xmas eve, 10pm til 7am, doubt we`ll be doing anything though so should be home by 1am

I don't really enjoy it...sometimes it's ok but I work with paedophiles, rapists and murderers....I needed a break from them...

And loads of other mental problems they might have....
