hi i am nearly all done on my xmas shopping list but now i am stuck on what to buy someone.
i am looking for something for a couple aged 22 and 30. they have a 6 month old baby. i would like to spend around 50 pound for a joint present or one each for 25. they are quite a modern couple so nothing tackey or tasteless.
any ideas on a nice gift?

I always seem to suggest this, but how about a digital photo frame. You could even store some photos of their baby on it before you give them it.

i did see one of them yesterday and did give it a thought but my partner dont seem to think they would use it, but hes a bloke-what do they know!!!!!
Exactly ! They know nothing !! lol
How about a huge canvas wall art of their baby ??
what about a gift voucher like argos? Or you could offer to babysit and pay for them to go out and have a really nice meal
How about 2 tickets for a show, with the added bonus of you babysitting for them. They might relish the rest, I know I did when I had my first baby.........

Happy hunting.........
i was going to suggest a cinema voucher or a voucher for a local restaurant and your offer to babysit. They probably spend their money on other things these days, certainly not sitting down and enjoying just being a couple. I have done this before and it was very well accepted.
ticketmaster vouchers are always a good choice
How about a gift voucher for a family portrait for them at a studio near to them . I would love that if someone gave us that as a present.

Good luck
