Has anyone here ever made a good ginger liqueur? I have looked at a couple of recipes and one of them used brandy which I hate and the other one used vodka which (to me) would be ginger flavoured vodka and not stricly ginger liqueur. I would be interested in a tried and trusted recipe if anyone has one.
Thanks Pasta. I forgot how well rum goes with ginger (I`ve knocked back many a dark n stormy in my time). I`ll bookmark that recipe and use it before the winter.
