Btw there are 3 pages in my link.
I believe he has only raced aginst able bodied sprinters once and he finished last
My daughters pal has a pair of these

and he can run at some speed in them - his strides are huge compared to without, so I imagine there is a similarity.
'At 20, his coach says, he is like a five-speed engine with no second gear'.

What THE HELL does that mean?
I wondered that too Booldawg - does he go up to 6th gear? Or maybe despite having 5 gears he's stuck in first ;)
