This depends on exactly what was done, and what the terms of the agreement were. What do you mean by "in the transfer deeds"? Is the right of way specified on the Land Registry land certificate? (You can get a copy of this from the land register online if necessary.)
If it is stated there & is not limited timewise in any way then I don't think it can be removed. But what you do about it if the land owner has removed it is another matter. You would need a solicitor and probably Court action.
