I'm feeling fine, just warning you EUphiles to get over to your beloved Utopia while you still can, consider it a public service.
Just appears a tad excessive and at times repetitive is all , happy where I am ta for the heads up though.
Perhaps it is the constant rushing off to the toilet that is stopping your reading or comprehending your own link.
Associate membership for UK citizens is very much on the table.
The liberal leader in the European Parliament, Guy "Verhofstadt, will be the parliament's chief Brexit negotiator next year. He supports Mr Goerens's initiative.

UK nationals could safeguard their EU rights - for a fee - by acquiring "associate EU citizenship", Mr Goerens argues."

Perhaps you need to have a better look at that table...
TTT....for the second time today.....calm down dear ! ! !
you've rather screwed this one up, haven't you?

Looks like you could get your associate membership. You'll just have to pay for it. I trust you're okay with that? Or you could reject it and give all the money you've saved to the NHS!
TTT the link says exactly the opposite!
It says associate membership is to be 'fast tracked' and will 'on top of the table' in the Brexit negotiations!
Do you actually read links before you post them!!!
Unless the text changed during the day it is still being considered. However the EU has no right to say that non-UK EU citizens have free movement in an exited UK, no matter who pays them what. And we have a lower level of concern over their foolish lack of border control than we have with being able to secure our own. So it sounds to be just an EU money making opportunity to me: pay up and avoid the queues, or don't and be treated as a lower class/worth citizen than your fellow paying countrymen are.
If it comes off I will be interested in retaining the right to live / work anywhere in the EU without restriction. I am sure I will not be the only one!
The UK citizens who have retired to the warmth of Southern Europe will want it as well!
I'm wondering what will happen if we do get this option and 48% of the UK's population elect to remain as EU citizens?
Eddie, //I will be interested in retaining the right to live / work anywhere in the EU without restriction.//

That's fine - as long as the arrangement is not reciprocal.
If this does happen there will be two classes of UK citizen, those with the right to live and work anywhere in the EU and the others who do not!
I can see the term 'Remainiac' turned on it's head and used to refer to those who choose to 'remain' in the UK without the freedom of EU citizenship.
Eddie, if it happens UK citizens will have a choice. What's the problem?
No problem at all .
If this comes up I can see job adverts with phrases such as >>
As this position necessitates frequent European travel and work. Candidates must be EU citizens or be willing to acquire EU citizenship'
I really can see EU citizenship being a bonus. Can you see any 'downside' if so what?
People from Europe have always worked in the UK and those from the UK have always worked in Europe. You people are behaving like terrified rabbits caught in the headlights!! Get a grip for goodness sake! The world as we know it and have always known it isn’t about to end!
It will be a tad ironic if Brexit results in tens of millions of Britons taking EU citizenship.
Gromit, not at all - but as I said, as long as the arrangement isn't reciprocal.
