Anyone else been on a Ramblers Holiday overseas? Is their admin always hit and miss? My sister uses them quite a lot and sometimes they cancel the holiday quite late on due to lack of uptake. Sometimes she can check herself in, sometimes not. Tonight she`s going to S Africa with them and they hadn`t passed on her APIS (passenger details) to the airline. They pre-assigned a seat for her and told her she can`t check herself in due to her travelling with a group (I`ve managed to do an "inside job" on that one and got her the seat she wants). Just wondered if anyone else has such inconsistant service from them. I know they`re a charity but they`re not cheap.
