How Do I Change My Email Address For This Site?

hi, as above. ive been onto my profile and tried to change my email address from aol to gmail and once ive entered password and hit submit it comes back with the original aol address ive tried this at least 10 times without any luck,can you please tell me what im doing wrong?

I contacted Ab Editor when I needed to do the same and his / her nimble fingers sorted it.
