A friend, well known locally and fairly famous in his field arranged, before he died, for this to happen at his funeral. A very elegant lady, dressed in flowing black, large hat with heavy veil was, just before the funeral was to start, to walk down the aisle and take a seat near the front. MissTerious, my sister insists she doesn't want a funeral, she doesn't want anyone even notified she's died - I'm not sure who she expects to report her death, someone will have to know. But she has no husband or children and is busy decluttering so she wan't have much of an estate either. (Also stockpiling pills in case she feels like fixing the date of her own death.)

I am having Bring On The Night by my favourite group The Police. At my Dad's funeral, we carried his coffin in to Green Onions by Booker T and the MGs, (which is still my ringtone some 12 years later). We left the crematorium to Tina Turner's Simply The Best, coz he was.
I've got a couple. This was played at John Belushi's funeral, and I think it's utterly gorgeous.

And this, which as Bobbs might say, is a bit "durgy" ;-)

This is what I would choose - would give the hundreds attending time to take their seats.....
