I have a beautiful 3 month old Baby daughter.Breast fed and hopefully in the best of health but she seems to dribble too much.We are told that it is because she is about to start teething but she has been doing so since birth.Unfortunatley I am living in a country where aftercare is not very good.Any assistance most welcome Thank you
The age of teething is very variable, so it may be that she is. Its difficult to diagnose anything in small children...thrush can sometimes cause drooling, and this is very common in neonates. This would normally lead to a reddening of the tissues inside th mouth and someties a white filmy deposit on the mouth and gums....
