implied right of way
if a home owner gives a nighbour right of way on there property in the transfer deeds can they remove the right of way legaly.a shared path has been removed 5 years after the person aquired the property.the path has been shared for over 10 years.

Is the right of way specified on the Land Registry land certificate? (You can get a copy of this from the land register online if necessary.)
If it is stated there & is not limited timewise in any way then I don't think it can be removed. But what you do about it if the land owner has removed it is another matter. You would need a solicitor and probably Court action.
