Hello!

I am a size 10, and happy with my figure, however, since chirstmas i have developed a patch of celutlie on the back of my thigh, which i hate!! im only 20 & love wearing short skirts but am feeling self conscience.

i eat healthily (lots of fruit & veg, choc, crisps and things hardly ever and lots of water...) but it wont shift... i dont excersise as much as i could but i do get about 30-45 mins a night (on a wii fit which i know istn the same!!)

i just want it to go and it wont, what can i try next??

Apparentely used coffee grinds are meant to help, if you rub them on the problem area!!
You have to excersise also even if you are only 20,keeps it at bay till you get it full on in your fourties lol!!
That can't be right! - there must be another reason as I'm in my late 50s and haven't got any. I eat all the wrong things and only walk as exercise, or am I extremely lucky?
Check your diet, reduce saturated fats. Try dry brushing of the area, brush towards the heart, drink plenty of water and most importantly, exercise. Lunges, Squats, Plie Squats and Leg Curls will do the job.

Thanks for all the helpful answers guys,

Most un-tactful & equally un-useful answer goes to Pips1!!!!! (all i can say is atleast i havent got wrinkles like you will in late 50's :-P)

I think i need to start doing these work outs Velvetee!!

just want it gone :-(
banting, that was a bit naughty!!

diet and exercise, body brushing, maybe some kind of massage but really.. sometimes it's just bad luck.. sorry :o/

Sara (43, no cellulite and looking kind of okay for my age!)
Hi bantingm, I'm only 21 and I have lots of cellulite on backs of thighs and bum. It is very disheartening but you just have to try and not worry about it. Exercise does help to smooth out the appearance of cellulite but won't make it go away.

Thanks Angel xx
perhaps you should have specified that you only wanted answers from your own age group.

Yea, very rude.
Well said sara, pips is right ,it is down to luck, I am in my 50s and also have no problems in that area, have plenty of others though!
There are preparations and creams for cellulite in Boots and pip was just saying that exercise and diet may not be the answer. But try it anyway, lots of walking can only benefit you even if your cellulite stays!
