Does really short hair on a young woman look wierd if it's curly? ie a curly bob? Are there any other short styles possible?
My hair is quite curly and would probably be very if it was cut short enough to have it down at cadets.
But if you don't have it short enough to have down, you have to have all the layers long enough to fit into a bun, which doesn't leave a huge amount of options.
PS to have it down for cadets, it can't be longer than to the bottom of the colour on our fours shirt, which is the same shape/ style as a normal shirt. . . . .
it's quite thick, but if i was and dry it in the right way I can get quite tight curls already, but i'm afriad it'll look a mess if i don't have a shower every morning to do it properly, as i often have a bath the night before . . . :/
I've always had my hair at least down to my shouldrs though, and want a change, but having long hair makes it less curly, I can't be doing with lots of layers, cadets would be a nightmare and I can't dye it very much.
Did i tell you about Chief at area drill comp? she had her (normally paper kinda) scissors out and was cutting peoples hair who hadn't been to the barbers, girls and boys!
have you ever tried hair straighteners?, just to see if you would prefer it?
My eldest daughter has beautiful naturally curly hair and i was gutted when she straightened hers , but i got used to it,i must admit it really suits her short and straight.
You could get it really cropped so the curl wouldn't be too wild, and then just use putty or wax to define and texturise it - it could look really nice, just go to a good hairdressers/
A friend of mine has a similar haircut to me which is a chin length inverted bob but her hair is really curly and it looks gorgeous, so much nicer than my straight, flat hair. I always envy her curls because her hair always looks good that short. Although I doubt it would suit her longer with those curls.
