If You Saw A Water Stain On The Wall In Someone Else's House, Would You Tell Them?

I was helping my friend move yesterday from her parents house to her new apartment, and when we moved her bed I noticed that there was a slight water stain in the corner on the wall where the bed was, and a small amount of mold, or at least I think it was. Maybe it was dirt. I almost said something but I was afraid I'd look like a weirdo. I'm worried because I know water damage can be harmful to their health. They also have dogs too.

You friend may be stressed with the move etc and may beat you to death with a spare piece of furniture.....or they may say nothing at all.

Err on the side of caution and say nowt.
