Not yet: Incidentally sandy we are watching an old Netfix series called The Fall which is a bit gruesome but quite good, it's set in Belfast, do you know it ?

The Hour is on my list, it had some really good reviews. What did you think of it?

The Fall is excellent, Gillian Anderson is top notch in that. 

I think both shows were BBC produced originally.

Binge watched Series 1 of The Hour as I was totally hooked. Have now started watching Series 2.  Great to see Peter Capaldi            and a young Tom Burke (Strike).

Series 1 started well but then it all got worse and worse - tired of looking at close-ups of G.Anderson's face and series 2 was like Emergency Ward 10. 

Gave up on Ep.3 - predictable and unwatchable

Wasn't it The Fall that was voted 1st or 2nd Best Ever Series with the Sopranos?  Or have I got it wrong?

This must have been before Cillian Murply came along with Peaky Blinders.

Just checked to see if it's the same one i was thinking about and surprised to discover that it was first broadcast in 2011! How time flies.

From what i recall, it was really good tv with some excellent performances - particlularly from Anton Lesser (he of Endeavour fame) as the boss.
