Mikey, if they've nothing to come to they don't have to come here. Maybe they, like many others, have heard the streets of this country are paved with gold. Must be such a disappointment.

A Home Office policy of removing EU citizens found sleeping rough on UK streets is unlawful and must stop, the High Court has ruled.
Well Emmie, if that is what the Court rules, so be it.
Hopefully Brexit will make a difference.
Not to worry. Only a year or so to go then we can get rid of the lot. Another good reason for voting Brexit.

shame that this is allowed to go on, better they go home than live on the streets.
Not if they're already here, Jackdaw.

Can anybody on here think what it must be like to have to live and sleep on the streets at this time of year ?

if they come over for work then they should be able to find a job and some place to live. But our streets are not paved with gold as some seem to think, its a hard life and i think better to be at home.
Emmie....we have no idea of who these people are. Some may have families and some may just be like a lot of our own home-made rough sleepers.....alone and friendless.

But the situation remains that the Court has found the Home Office at fault.
"Can anybody on here think what it must be like to have to live and sleep on the streets at this time of year ?"

No. And I wouldn't go to Poland or Bulgaria to find out.
