Something wrong with the link.

Sorry

Is that the correct one, sandy?

Any special relationship has been, hopefully temporarily, suspended, until normal service has been resumed.

That's it, yes.

The man in charge does not care about any 'special relationship' with another country unless it is with Russia!

He is a tinpot dictator struggling to hide his true intentions.

I doubt it...

Hi, doesn't the tariff apply to all carss and parts made outside the US?

If so, it's already a done deal and we are affected

DDIL, what do you think his true intentions are?

To make 'America great again' by fair means or foul.

I would say world domination but that would mean taking on 2 other superpowers so perhaps shared world domination.

Thanks.

And what is wrong with Making America Great Again?  I wish someone would make our country great again.

As for the Russian tosh, change the record, he is trying to stop a war and do business instead.  Or as an ardent lefty would you prefer war?

As to the OP I think you are really missing the point about what he is trying to achieve and that is parity on a trading level.  For too long many countries have a a great imbalance so levelling the playing field is understandable.  I dont know what our figures are but if we have higher tariffs than the US in return then yes he will put tarrifs on us.

It is the way you 'make it great again'

Removing womens rights, threatening to invade neutrals, removing immigration rights is a very slippery slope.

That is a rather gross exaggeration of what is actually happening though isnt it.

And no, I dont agree with everything he is doing.  But at least he is trying.  Pity we dont see some effort here, instead we have a chancellor who is tanking the economy beyond repair if she doesnt get her act together pretty soon.

Just out of interest, what womens rights has he removed?

And what immigration rights, I cant see that anyone has a right to emigrate anywhere or there would be kaos.

You consider what I have written to be a gross exaggeration?

Do you disagree that

Women's rights have been removed?

That he has threatened to invade a neutral country?

That he has removed immigrants rights?

Blocking laws that promote equal pay in the workplace

Significant changes were also made to the federal Title X family planning program. Federal funds will no longer towards family planning providers that offer abortion services.

Invade Greenland

scrapping of the CBP One smartphone app, which migrants were able to use to schedule appointments with US border patrol agents.

reverses a longstanding guideline that prohibited immigration raids in areas deemed "sensitive", such as schools, hospitals and churches.

removal of birthright citizenship

when was america great in comparison to now?

At least it's stirred up a bit more interest than sleepy Joe ever did.

is that really the best you can come up with? "he got people talking" lol.
