Since Naomi will not give me the ****ing key I have decided to follow Jesus and be a Christian just like Theland. I am ashamed of my past history here so I'm going to devote the time I used to spend on ab to reading the Bible. No question really because I no longer care about what people think. I'll get all my answers from God from now on thank you.

Luna, I suffered an episode of emotional instability a while back. In my case I was a casualty in the war of the sexes, a victim of my profound desire to not reproduce . . . but to do everything else!. I had to fight to restore control over myself and not do things I would regret the rest of my life. A careful and thorough revisiting of my philosophy saved me.

It is very good that you understand that you are experiencing instability. This is nothing to be ashamed of as long as you acknowledge your state and deal with it as best you know how. Introspection, evaluation of my beliefs and conforming to reality restored self-control and confidence in myself . . . although Im still not so sure about the rest of the world.

Know who your friends are and allow yourself to accept what you know is good for you. Never resign to a belief that you are evil or unworthy of a chance to succeed.

Art, especially music, has had a profound influence on me. Choose carefully what you expose yourself to. Anything by Lorena Mckennitt is good imho.

Naomi, Do you have headphones? Laptops typically do not have the best audio.

Yeah... I know, annoying innit?! ;0)

Contact them yourself honey and it might be fast tracked, fear is mearly a shadow of your true self.

Luna, isn't the doctor going to send you for tests at the hospital? MIND can possibly help you to cope, but it won't initially diagnose your condition - if indeed you have a condition other than depression.

Don't panic! It's all in your mind!! :o)

And put that blinking medical dictionary in the dustbin, otherwise you'll think you've got all sorts of things wrong with you!

When you say 'general social behaviour patterns', what exactly do you mean Luna. Why do you think your social behaviour patterns differ greatly from anyone elses?

I'm not interested in much at all on television at the moment. If I remember to, I watch Mastermind, University Challenge, and Question Time, and I like Have I got News for You, and some of the documentaries, especially if they're connected to religion - and I sometimes watch a movie if I like the sound of it - but nothing else much grabs me.

Yes, you could watch P&P!!!! (I know it will make you laugh).

Phew, that's a relief. At least you don't want violins. Starman's funny bottles we can do, or my comb and paper - or even China's screeching (oops, sorry, I mean singing - yes, of course - that's it - singing) - but violins? Nope - can't seem to dig up any violins around here.

What do you see as 'normal' conduct in a relationship, then - and where do you think you're falling down?

It is good to talk, Luna, so talk away if you feel that will help. On the other hand, if you don't feel able to, then don't.
I meant to say, I've got a digi box (or whatever they're called) but I haven't got Sky. I keep harping on about getting it, but haven't done it yet - and at this rate, I doubt I ever will! Always decisive - that's me! :o)

There are a lot of fairly new movies on Sky, though, aren't there?

I swear to God I'll cry! WHy do I even click on these things?! I hate them!
Sorry, guys, got to get this off my chest. A friend has just called to tell me an appalling story of betrayal of trust, and at the risk of sounding unladylike, I am (to coin a phrase) gobsmacked! How could anyone do that to someone? If you're told something in confidence, no matter how minor or major, you keep it to yourself, don't you? I do. I would never tell anyone. I find that absolutely despicable and I'm angry on behalf of my friend. Am I odd? (mmm ... maybe you shouldn't answer that last question). :o)

Your thoughts would be appreciated.
Well honestly love I'd need more information as it would depend on the circumstances. I've betrayed someones trust before in order to help a situation, they weren't best pleased at the time but the end result was an admission that if I hadn't done what I did then they'd have probably lost their relationship so it really depends.
