reformatting.....help

i had my pc reformatted but now i cant get onto yahoo chat rooms...does anyone have any ideas......i can go on yahoo pool and chat but when i try to bring the real chat rooms up the page is blank

I may be wrong but I think yahoo chat rooms are java bassed, download and install java from

http://www.java.com

Install and try again

i already tried that..but will try again.....im wondering if its something to do with a microsoft update
