I frequently get an error message when trying to send a Gmail, specially if it's replying to one:

"Oops... a server error occurred and your email was not sent. (#007)"

Just over the last month or so, and apparently at random. It won't save these emails as drafts, either.

Anyone know what's happening, or what I might do about it? (I have Hotmail and other email accounts but would prefer to use Gmail.)

There are various suggestions here, including: (a) simply log out of Gmail and log back in again ; (b) clear the cache and cookies from your browser ; and (c) if you're using Internet Explorer, use a different browser https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/gmail/2RPrrWUUYzg Perhaps trying each of them might lead you to a solution?

Hello folk. Hija is 35 today! Where did the time go? I was very industrious today. I made another duvet cover and 3 pillowcases. Luckily the machine worked well apart from having to rethread the damned needle every few minutes . I have after 7 years managed to work out the auto needle threader!
Mr N is finally repairing the outside of the house .
Feet are still red and hot and I will phone mexico but all this explaining in Spanish is just difficult. Its not normal speech is it!
Hope you are all enjoying your freedom. We are being restricted more than ever over Easter to protect us from another outbreak! I just plod plug along . No sign if vaccine yet. Although the are doing the over 55s and over 80s. Odd people are being called in with 2hrs notice so guess that's when they have a few left over . I sit and wait.
Neti, that must be difficult. well done on mastering auto thread!

what a lovely day, went for a four mile (or so) walk through the middle of London. Still not a lot of people about, and nothing much open except supermarkets and the odd cafe, but it was very pleasant to leave the house for a few hours.
I'm definitely suffering from lockdown brain freeze. After several back and forth emails about my missing crossword magazines I finally realised that the fact that they were missing was because I hadn't renewed the subscription. She was a very nice person who valiantly tried to sort it out for me and I felt rather silly. I did of course apologise profusely for wasting her time.
Well done with the sewing Neti. I wish I could sew but sewing machines shriek when I go near them.
Neti just say ...Mi feeta ara redda hotta.Per favore havva looka ana givva mi summa tabaletos fora mi feeta.
I'll get my coat.Night all x

Oh shaney you have made me laugh so long with that. It probably would be the best way to explain it!!!
Shaney that's hilarious...sorry Neti. Rab has had a few wobbly weary days so we are taking a rest so that he will. When he gets very tired, he won't sleep unless I am settled quietly too, so I do quiet craft or read a book. He is much better tonight than he was last night, but monday and tuesday I did jobs round the house and garden and he has to be there helping. A walk around London sounds wonderful Jno. I don't miss living there but I do remember how beautiful it was early on sunday mornings. Stay well all...waves to Robi

sis says her app claims there's a 50% chance of snow on Monday. That's out in far-flung Essex, not the sultry metropolis where I live, of course.
Well not sure if its an April fools joke but were have been told that we need to book an appointment online for the vaccine in which case I give up! It's just all too much!

hmmm... go to the mexico hotfoot.

OH's blood transfusion ws delayed for an hour this afternoon because it didn't have the right barcode. It's wonderful what modern medicine gets up to.
Oh dear but OH did get the transfusion? It's all so difficult now.
And guess what. We are not being called I for vaccine now, we have to apply on internet. I just give up!
Question Author
yes, they found the mexico wh precribed it and he gave it another barcode. You just can't get the programmers these days.

Deary me, you are being buggerised aboot with your jabs. Still, we'll see what happens with the second jabs here. Mine should be late in the month.
Hello all
What a drop in temperatures. It's been really cold here today compared to the last couple of days but I did get some garden work done. Not personally but my neighbour/gardener who does it for me. He's got rid of a dead tree and lopped and shaped another one, strimmed shrubs and mowed etc.Looks a a lot better already.Still some more to do but he fits me in round his other work as he doesn't have far to go to get here :)
I'd get those feet looked at pronto Neti. Are they painful, does the skin feel tight ? Go the Urgencia. That's a lot of faff for your jabs.
I had an Easter card and letter today from my elderly lady in Germany .She has at last got a first dose for 29th April.
Other correspondents there ,no sign of anything. Lots of bad press and I think feelings will shown at the ballot boxes later this year. The CDU have already had a hiding in two states.
Glad your OH got the transfusion in the end Jno. Everything's a waiting game now. KBO. Night all.

good morning all. yes I am fed up with waiting and feeling out of control, its so tiring. Rab is better after a few days rest, which is a great relief. Shaney, I am planning to garden today, got quite a few things to plant, but I need to move some furniture to give Rab better access to a settee and also I have got some birthday cards to make. Neti do get your feet checked, I agree with urgencia. Jno I am glad your OH got the transfusion ok, computer systems are terrific when they work. Sinusitis is finally gone thank goodness. It took all the antibiotics and a couple of days after but its lovely to be not in pain. waves to Robi. KBO all
Mr N and neighbour are chopping down our huge rubber tree as its growing all over the place. It was only a little cutting 30 years ago! Bang goes my privacy on the patio and pool!!
Actually shaney no there is no pain or iritation and they are not even hot anymore. I've been looking at my booties slippers and the red cut off is where the seam goes but surely it would fade overnight. Also feet are very tingly! Yes I'd better contact mexico next week. It's such a bother!!
Hope you are all we.
Neighbours dog has just had a hip op for 2,000€ and needs the other one done! How can they afford that? Guess there is o animal insurance here!
Question Author
ooh, I wouldn't be wanting to cut back plants and losing privacy, neti. I spent a lot of last summer lying more or less starkers in a secluded corner of our patio. Luckily most of the privacy is provided by their own trees, which they are all far too lazy to cut down or even prune. In another 20 years they'll probably blot out the sun altogether, but I'll be past caring.
Jno we had ko choice. The rubber tree was growing all over the neighbour's property and he asked if he could chop his side. We are going to erect a fence so I can still swim in the nuddy!!
Hello all and happy Easter.
Lovely day but very chilly and it seems snow is on the menu for tomorrow.Lamb is on the menu for dinner. Otherwise nothing exciting to report .Hope you're all well.
Question Author
a nice bright day though a little chilly, but Ophelia came to call and bring cottage pie for all to be heated up, and we were able to sit outside in the sun. She can now touch her feet, which I last managed in 1988.
