Unale To Enlarge Words And Pictures On Screen

Because of poor eyesight I bought a tablet to do my grovery orders - the advantage being that i could enlarge words etc with my fingers.

Ironically, the only site that wont let me do this is the one site i wNt - which is Ocado.  Tesco is fine.

My son has taken out the spp and reinstalled it.  And we have tried approaching from the website not the app - as advised by Ocado Customer Services

I can order on my phone but its a bit fiddky.

Im grateful.for any suggestions.  As simple as possible please.

If you click on the 3 dots (top right of screen) in the drop down menu you can see 'Zoom'  + and - 

Does that work ?

Have you tried adjusting the font size in your tablet's settings?

Also try turning on the visibility feature in the access settings , that will turn magnification on.

These settings may have different names on your device but they are intended to help people with poorer vision.

Ive troed Khando's suggestion.  There isnt a zoom in the drop down.

I  will try other suggestions later.  Have to go.

If the app creator didn't add the facility you may be out of luck. If so, send feedback to the Ocado tech dept..

Glad to say problem resolved .

My daughter followed a combination of ad vice given here - Settings - Accessability  - Zoom  .

So many thanks to all - it will be such a help to me x
