Has anyone been driven to distraction by incompetence at O2?
I have been trying to get them to resolve a problem of their making which is causing no end of problems.
I have been receiving calls from them apologsing profusely but the number is blocked when I try to call back.
My web account is not being recognised and ringing the main line means a wait of
goodness knows how long.
Has anyone got a number for a dedicated customer service line?

It took months of trying to speak to someone and using their chat function - not getting anywhere - in the end I complained to the ombudsman - got the bill reduced slightly.
Ending up leaving them after 17 years!!
