Wales V France
What a disappointment that was. I'd love to know just how long was spent setting and resetting those wretched scrums - the powers that be have to do something about the pathetically low percentage of matches that the ball is actually in play in rugby union. I'd be seriously cheesed off if I'd paid good money for that turgid bore of a game. No wonder so many enjoy rugby league: non-contest scrums, no line-outs, plenty of running with the ball in hand......and I don't even like rugby league! I could be tempted though....

OH ( a Union fan all his life because he is a Southerner, has become a convert - now married to and lives with a Northerner - although he loyally mutters about Union). Union is OK when there is no league in my opinion. Union is so darned SLOW! A boring match tonight.
I do see the attractions of league, but I don't understand why they have 'props', when the scrums are uncontested! I also don't get the distinction between forwards and backs - it just seems to be one line of thirteen running at another line of thirteen. When Sonny Bill Williams plays league, he's a forward, when he plays union, he's a back!
