Tmobile Phone

I bought a new phone as old one wouldn't send messages , have since discovered that E E mobile provider isn't working , tried the camera but now camera light wont go off can anyone tell me a simple way to do this , nothing I can see says how to do this . I am as you can see not technically minded,

try turning the phone off completely or depending what phone it is remove the battery if necessary and start again.

Unsure I understand the question. How is a provider not working ? Sounds to me as if you need a replacement handset.

ThanksE E is the provider and I discovered a lot of people haven't had a working mobile for days ,however it is working this afternoon,Light has gone off,
