\\\I had spent a lovely afternoon sitting in a bar listening to music over a course of 5 hours I had 4 drinks. Then 3 hours later I had a balanced meal with a glass of wine.\\
5 hours, sitting, drinking, eating, plus the significant underlying medical conditions that you have had for years (based on my assumption that you have had other AB usernames) and there would be a very logical explanation of your "faint."
No big deal.
However i do agree with other posters, that there are many conditions that could explain your symptoms and a visit to your GP,re. blood tests (thyroid) and perhaps ECG may allay your anxiety.
Yes I think given the story, your husband acted very appropriately.
\\\\Sqad has accused me of scaremongering on more than one occasion before \\\///Buenchico.
That is because you and the links go straight for the "dramatic" rather than the "common or garden" explanations and these posts can certainly "spook" posters, particularly some on AB. However this has been less evident in your posts over the past 3or 4 years, but one day the "bizarre" may well happen.
In medicine.....commonest things occur commonest. Diagnosis is all about listening to the patient, examination and investigation and from then on..."playing the odds."
