Assuming that you're using an Android phone and a Windows computer, simply connecting the two together (using the same USB lead that you use for charging the phone) should open up a dialogue box on your computer's screen, asking what you want to do. 'Open folder to view files' is possibly the best option. You can then view the contents of your phone as if they were on a USB drive, navigate to the 'Photos' (or 'Images') folder and drag-&-drop (or copy-&-paste) your pictures to where you want them to be. (On some phones you might need to instruct the phone to act as a USB drive. If that applies to your phone you'll see a prompt on the phone's screen).
So it really comes down to connecting the lead and seeing what happens!
