Car Shopping!! Grrr

Ok so today we went to three dealerships - Mercedes, Vauxhall and Audi. We knew exactly which cars we wanted to look at . We get to the Audi garage first. Strolled round outside having a look. Went inside and found the exact car we were interested in. Looked it over , in and out. Spent a while there. Not one member of staff came over to us and asked if we needed any help or even acknowledged us. Then drove to Mercedes . Identical story - no member of staff even looked at us . Finally Vauxhall - showroom had the same amount of customers and staff as the others yet a busy guy left the couple he was talking to for just a sec to run over and say look I'm busy for 10 mins but if you can wait I'll be with you I promise, showed us where brochures were etc and then true to his word he came back, took us for test drive etc. Makes a huge different - customer service.

It does indeed. Go for the Vauxhall, Smow. Then, let the other dealers know why you didn't buy one of their cars.

We find that customer parking at most dealerships impossible as all spaces are filled with cars for sale.

Although what puts me off most, is pushy salespeople. Then I would leave.

Ryzen - exactly!!you cannot park there lol. Very keen on the Insignia at the moment

If it's a new car you're after and you know what you want, don't go near a showroom. Buy it through Carwow with no hassle.

The reviews are excellent..I know two people who have bought with Carwow and say that they would never go near a showroom again. I'll be using it next year.
