Who's He Going To Prosecute For Murder?
Every councillor who was in office when all the decisions on cladding was made? The building company? The architects? The people who said the cladding was safe?
Anyway there has to be an intent to kill for a charge of murder. Surely it would be man slaughter?

There is a very high chance that manslaughter charges will be made, the police investigations are well under way!
I am sure that a coroner's jury will bring in a verdict of 'unlawfully killed' . This is what happened when a full inquest was finally allowed ( after 28 years) on the Hillsborough deaths. The Hillsborough public enquiry was a joke with the police being ordered to lie and given prepared statements to read out as if they were their own note books.
