Got Home Early....

Even by Fridays standards, it is a beautiful day the sea is like a mill pond.
I am on call until 6pm then the weekend starts properly.
Fancy eating out tonight, going to take a chance and book something before on call finishes.
Anyone got any exciting things lined up?

We all deserve a POETS day from time to time.

We're heading out for dinner tonight table booked on the terrace so we can do some highly entertaining people watching.

Nothing exciting planned, a relaxing weekend with crosswords as usual.

Grandson due any minute for a couple of hours, so we'll have fun.

Just got a table on the terrace of the pub in the Country Park, it is only about a 100 yards off the Seafront, so nice atmosphere. Fingers crossed I do not get called.

Got some last minute Avon deliveries to do, going to deal with my bathroom and go see if my hairdresser can fit me in before I go away to Wales.

If I'm not sleeping I plan to stitch as I have a deadline to meet.

You can not see much sea from the terrace, there is a seawall but it is only a 2 minute walk away before or after meal.

Just had a call to say the Night Staff have got the On-call so dining out will happen.
Have just seen it is Folk Festival Weekend in Sandwich, so will be having a look at that over the next couple of days.

Just got home, lovely meal, good night out, was fun. It is so hot, just opened up kitchen/diner it was 27° in there when we got in, so everything open back and front of house but hardly any air movement.
