Saw them live once in the early 80s as part of the Comic Strip tour, with The Oblivion Boys and several others from that alternative comedy scene. I don't remember thinking that they were particularly funny at the time. I like some of their parodies of films and TV programmes, but I've always thought they appeal more to women than men.
