Is It The Planet Venus

That I can see in the sky now. It’s the only thing twinkling in the clear very pale blue sky

Uranus Venus and Mercury are low in the sky due west. Sirius is very bright due South. If you were looking West I would guess Venus. Looking South possibly Sirius(Dog Star)

If its twinkling its not Venus. Stars twinkle, planets don't.
