How sad for his wife and for him that he died without seeing his last child born. His widow seems a lovely lady.

Thank you, LB.....and yes, his widow seems lovely.....as do his children.....he was special.

Cupid.....I believe he had it written into his contract that his shows could only be repeated once. Seems he wanted new comedians to have a go rather than the shows of old comedians being hauled out over and over again.....think there may have been other reasons but this was the one given on his radio programme the other night...x
