Is the length of the sentence at 30 years longer than that of some people who have murdered? if so, is it because Teresa's life is more special than someone else's?
In fact I can't find anyone who has received such a long sentence;

One look at his mug-shot and you can see he is a half-wit, and the plan was so stupid beyond belief; 'Naa’imur Zakariyah Rahman was convicted of planning to bomb the entry gates [always police protected] to the prime minister’s residence at 10 Downing Street and then attack May with a knife or gun when she emerged.'
The very idea that Teresa May would rush out into the street to look at what had happened when she heard a bomb go off at the gates!
This hapless imbecile gets 30 years in jail, while the real culprits who coerced him into attempting to carry out an impossible plan are walking free.
He must be punished, but am I alone in thinking there has been a miscarriage of justice here just because of the high profile of the proposed target?
