I live in a condominium complex, and downstairs there is a large room which was built as a library. People, including myself, take books, jig-saw puzzles, CDs, DVDs, etc down to it. There is a lady who has taken upon herself the task of organizing everything in a neat and orderly fashion. I take out books by the bagful and return when I've read them and get more. Because there are a lot of elderly people living there, more books come all the time in as, unfortunately, they die.
I kindle for reading for pleasure
Charity shop and Amazon for factual books but if they are not what I need or I find a better one on a subject I donate them.
Self help books I kindle too to read in small bites when out and about. Waiting for buses etc. Used to have shelves full, now have about half a small bookcase of books i either use regularly or love to pick up and browse through.
