Hornby Fish Plates

Please help - I have a 00 Gauge Christmas railtrack and need some Fish Plates - what size should I get - is it R910 or R820?

A friend used to have the train doing circuits of the dinner table and put things like sweets and nuts in little wagons the trick was grabbing one without derailing the train
