My First Cat Video For 2019

I was on YouTube looking for something totally unrelated to cats and this video was showing as suggested viewing by YT. It is strange but cute.

My only cat that jumps up across the back of my shoulders like that on a regular basis is my beloved Moonbeam - but he only does it when I'm sitting on the loo!

What I need now though is a video to tell me how to extract my hat from underneath a cat who is sleeping on it. I had to go out without it again today because I couldn't access it without moving a cat. (Moonbeam again). However my main reason for going out couldn't be put into operation anyway. I wanted to take a pile of sweaters to the dry cleaners but Biscuit was asleep on top of them, so they'll have to remain grubby for a bit longer yet ;-)

PS: I also want to know how to look 'distinguished' (like the guy in the video, with his lovely silvery hair and eyebrows), rather than just 'old' (as I do!)

Frankie is a new man since his lovely sister died. He comes to the loo with me and grabs one of my hands with both of his front paws (claws used for an extra grip) and drags my hand to whichever bit of him needs attention. Usually a head massage and a throat rub.

Moonbeam seems to be a daddy's boy. Frankie is just a big wimp.

My hair started going grey when I was in my forties but it doesn't seem to be much worse now that I am 55. My mum died with a head of dark (undyed) hair - but since she was only 58 when she died that isn't much of an indication for my greyness in the future.

This video has to be one of my favourites - the look on the cat's face says so much.

My prrrrrfect, and ultimate cat...by which I've judged all other cats since...was a shoulder wrapper/sitter. He weighed a stone, and was a gorgeous black moggy. Not sure I could have jiggled him to get a jumper on.

Pasta, a stone is a big boy. Frankie is just under six kg but he gets steroids for his asthma which give him the munchies. He has kidney failure but is refusing to eat his expensive prescription food.

My avatar is Princess Merlin, I can't believe she dropped dead on us. :-(
