Has anyone got any tips on what to take for this. I have been in agony with this for years and it's getting worse.
I drink tonic water every day and eat celery which was a tip.
Doctor wanted to give me tranquillisers but I said it's my legs not my head.
Looking for anything else I can do or take.

A friend of mine has just been diagnosed with this but her hands and face were also affected. She has been given tranquilisers which has helped enormously and a chilli cream. Her doctor had never treated anyone with erythromelalgia before as it's quite rare apparently. She took photos of affected areas with her to try and help with diagnosi.
If you have been in agony for years then surely it is time to pay heed to your doctor's advice?
Antidepressants are a mainstay in the treatment of many chronic pain condtions.
Derek - I wasn't saying that is what Caran has (I'm not a doctor) but that tranquilisers had helped my friend. Caran would need to see a specialist to get a diagnosis
