This poor woman seems to have the neighbour from hell. I have been lucky to have had nice neighbours over the years. One even took in Princess Merlin when she sneaked out of the flat when I was not watching. Being a lousy cat 'mum' I didn't notice that she was gone for about 12 hours. (overnight)
