I didn't know either of these words - I tried raising the N of MAN right up to make NMA, but that didn't help - didn't occur to me to raise it one place.
I still had trouble parsing TAMIS, but at last decided it must be the first letter of To, followed by AM and IS - different forms of 'be'.
