Yahoo Not Displaying Correctly

Hi all,

I've got a new notebook that I was given as part of a course.

Everything was ok, until this morning when I tried to view my emails on Yahoo.

The mail page shows the header at the top and nothing else, the rest of the page shows a tiny box(which I can set or unset) and no text.

Can anyone explain why Yahoo suddenly isn't working, and how to change it so that it does.

Everything else displays ok, and Yahoo displays fine on my usual laptop and my phone.

Thanks in advance.

Clearing your browser's cache or, even simpler, switching to a different browser, may well fix the problem.

Hi Buenchico,

I'm on Firefox, and I haven't a clue how to clear cache.

I've just tried looking om Microsoft edge, and it's the same.
If it's looking the same across two browsers, clearing the cache might not help. It can't do any harm though, so it's always worth a try.

Thanks Buenchico,

I did a full reset (since it has not got anything on it that I can't easily replace), and everything is OK now.

Thanks again.
