Has anyone else started writing their Christmas cards yet?
I have but I usually send about 200 so it takes me a while to get them all written.
.I get a lot of pleasure from all the cards I receive at Christmas.x

I also send one to Australia and one to Poland, LOL
It makes you happy and of course those who get your cards.
I've been known to START my Christmas shopping at 3.30pm on Christmas Eve before now - and that included buying the cards that I'd be (very belatedly) posting both to the UK and overseas!

I'm a little better organised these days and I've even bought one or two Christmas presents. However the cards can wait until much closer to Christmas. Indeed, they'll have to because I've not started to design my Christmas cards yet. (My cards often include pictures of my cats - or I can just get a bit silly, as I did with this design: https://ibb.co/9rLNsLg )

Back in my teaching days, I used to receive well over two hundred cards but these days I only get around ten. However they still get displayed over my desk and help to brighten Christmas on my own a bit.
No but I have made most of them, just one of two for special friends to do. Shopping planned but waiting to send off for stuff as I don't have much space to store things.
Blimey No! There are only eight I definitely send every year and any others I post quickly after I have received one from my dim and distant past thinking 'why do they still send me a Christmas card'?! Won't be writing them out for weeks and weeks yet.
We decided the last couple of years we'd keep cards , the special ones from family and friends, I still send and receive cards but now we donate meals for the homeless via Making Winter Warmer' Charity , it's £5 for a Christmas dinner for one but you can done however much you want so that on Christmas Day they'll be getting a large 3 course Christmas lunch and a small present
Hi Bobbi, been missing your cheerful threads. Hope you're ok.
