most of my money is going on food, but I suppose it would be missing the point just to hand the lot over to Mr Tesco when the idea is probably to keep small businesses afloat. Maybe I could get an expensive haircut.

Togo, 'bangers' weren't smuggled into Ireland, just some of the ingredients. The 'bangers' were assembled = many of them in the Inglis Bakery in Belfast. Erm, allegedly :-)

There used to be an independent wine store in Corporation Square in the centre of Belfast. If it's still there I'll buy a bottle or two of port with my voucher.

Reading the link,even though things aren't finalised - it will be loaded onto a card and you can spend whatever amount in participating outlets until you have spent up.

That way you can buy a few smaller things rather than a large purchase.
