Watch this, it should help if you listened to any of the lectures. Remember how to calculate the Collector and Emitter currents and then use ohms law. Vce!

I doubt that the image at 16.10 is the one. There is no emitter voltage being shown just a base voltage.

It must be then. The question is asking our student to consider the Vce using the formulae that are in the video I sent. Must admit I would like a little more info, and it has been over 50 years since I was doing this stuff.

VCC = VRC + VCE +VRE
VCE = VRC - VRC - VRE
So VCE = VCC - ICRC - IERE

Umer. Have you started to remember yet? I am not going to sit and crunch the numbers for you mate, I have done my share of that. Plus it is no use to you to have the answer handed to you.
