2. obviously means something in its own language and so will mean something in a translated language
3. and they will be related ( the two meanings ) - Sapir Whorf is dead ( you can say summit in one language that you cant in another )

first sentence - seems to be - - - the 1% of English who also speak scots gaelic....
and the last one seem to be - you can get this translated on Google ( no I am not one of the 1%)
