I've got a low-grade cold, Johnny, but I've been worse.  It would have been far worse had it not been for the nasal spray I always carry around with me nowadays.  I will make sure I go and get my flu jab one of these days.  Yesterday was manic at work so I didn't get the chance.

Morning, Chip.  I looks fairly tranquil out there at the moment but I'm in that uncertain place where I don't know whether to send the little one to school in trousers or shorts.

Good morning, a busy day yesterday for me, spent at least 2 hours at my opticians who's referred me to Newcastles Royal Victoria Infirmary ( RVI) as I've got macular degeneration and fluid in my left eye which is my worst eye of the two, as someone else would say " No big deal" I'll likely have to have injections in my right eye monthly to hold it at bay, it's an age thing you see  👀👀👁️

then went to see my amazing sister in law who's 85 today ,we had drinks and a nice meal , quite a productive kinda day all told 

it's wet here and the heating is on 🙄
