I cannot shake this blasted cold and cough and its really getting me down!  I have never had so many colds - not even sure where I am catching them from!

Morning Red. Sorry to hear you're still not feeling good - not what you need. Having said that, MrSmow has had a niggling cough for weeks and weeks now - it just won't shift. He doesn't have COVID - he's had a test - but it's driving him mad now and he never ever gets sick or feel ill.

Smow - I rarely get colds but since October I have had 3 - and they have all been full on.

The cough is now so 'hard' that I am gagging during the really bad fits!

So himself is stopping off to stock up on more cough medicine for me - I will just swig that over Christmas instead of booze!

I think herd immunity is a bit lacking due to lockdown and people working from home. My son works from home and rarely goes out,  went for Christmas lunch with his work collegues last week and now has a bad chest and sore throat.

Well I think I am getting something.  Got up early to go to fetch the bird from the butchers and was intending to do the final Tescos shop.  They were queuing round the block to get in, so I came home.  Sat on the sofa with a cup of coffee and then woke up 2 hours later.  I really ache in my joints.
