Can We Get Pregnant Naturally After Age...
How it Works1 min ago
Good evening all!
It appears to be a Friday again (although there only seems to have been a day or two since the last one!), so it must be quiz time again.
You should all be able to beat me easily enough this week, I reckon, as I scored only a lousy THREE out of seven on the main quiz
https:/
. . . and just a lowly TWO out of five on the junior one:

Your turn, anyway!

It's good to see Lie-in King posting again after being AWOL for the past two weeks. (I though that he was sulking because, after a whole year of trying, I finally bettered his scores in the last week of 2023!). As usual though, he's beaten me easily once again!
Snap, Jourdain2! (I hope that the medics can get your hip sorted out soon. My elderly friend had a hip replacement and was fully active in almost no time at all).
Well done on beating me, Canary42!
Another perfect kid! Well done, Karamia! (Yes, the cats and I aren't too keen on the cold weather either. Howeve that doesn't mean that Im looking forward to the 60mph winds, albeit with higher temperatures, that we've got forecast for the weekend!)
Definitely better than me, Arky!
Hiya, Haras2! Thanks for letting me beat you! My feline bosses are spending so little time outside that I don't think they'd really notice much if it was snowing! (We've had none at all). I hope that you and Shady are able to keep warm and that you won't get blown away by Storm Isha!
Good morning. First morning for a while I've woken up to no frost but it's still too cold for my liking! I managed four for each quiz today, a lot of guessing going on but I did know some of them.
We had to have our Charley put to sleep which was a dreadful wrench. Vet thought he had diabetes but whatever it was came on very suddenly . Charley was a stray we took in in 2014 , vet thought he was about 6 or 7 then so he lived a reasonably long life. Better news is that for some reason, Ebony, the cat that moved next door, has come home. It may have something to do with Charley not being with us now. We are left with sisters Boots and Smudge and Ebony, the least number of cats we've had since the kittens were born in 2012.
Hiya, Smow!
A lot better than me, I see! (If I tried the quizzes first thing in the morning, I'd pobably find a way to achieve negative scores! I'm definitely not a morning person!)
It takes something extra special to achieve zero on the adult quiz, Rowanwitch π
"Not good", maybe, 10CS, but still better than me anyway!
Well done on achieving some decent scores (and on beating me easily) this week, Roo!
I'm so sorry to read about Charley. (I remember just how bad I felt when my poor darling Biscuit was killed by a car a few years ago). It's good that Ebony has returned, of course, although I feel sure that your neighbours will be missing their uninvited feline companion. I hope that you'll have the company of Ebony, Boots and Smudge for many years to come.
[Those last two names make me think of this! https:/
Hi, Campbellking!
Welcome to the Fabulous Five Club!
Bailey clearly knows how to keep warm! Tablo is my 'snuggle under the covers' cat at the moment. She sleeps in her own bed, placed on the bottom of my bed, most of the time each night but periodically joins me for a cuddle. Meanwhile, Chequers' favourite night-time position is on the office chair here in my bedroom. Moonbeam has decided that he wants to sleep tucked under the edge of my bed but I've made that nice and cosy for him by hanging a pet blanket from the edge of my bed and then folding it underneath, so that he's got both a soft surfece to sleep on and a warm blanket to press his back up against.
Puss Puss seems to be a bit like an of my lot can be when they suddenly remember that they're only overgrown kittens really and decide to untie my shoe laces for me!
